Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Anurag Mantri as President (Senior Management Personnel) effective April 7, 2025.

This decision was approved via a circular resolution by the company’s Board, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mantri brings over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate finance, IPOs, M&A, and global compliance. He previously served as Executive Director & Group CFO at Jindal Stainless Limited, and held senior roles at Larsen & Toubro, HCL Technologies, SRF Limited, Cairn Energy, and Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited.

Meanwhile, V.S. Mani, Glenmark’s Executive Director and Global Chief Financial Officer, has opted for early retirement effective May 26, 2025, after an eight-year tenure with the company. He has agreed to assist with the transition during this period.

The proposal to elevate Mantri to the position of Executive Director & Global CFO will be presented for approval in the company’s upcoming board and committee meetings.
